Last week, 60,000 people attended the London half-marathon ( The Big Half ) . They witnessed not just an event but a show. The London Half Marathon has always been about endurance. But this year, something different pulsed through Greenwich Park . Between the sweat and the medals, the pull-up bars became the new runner's high and drew as much attention as the finish line. The feeling of achievement didn’t come from the metal of medals, but from the metal of the bars. And no, not the kind of bar you're thinking.
